Dr. Logan Smith
I was in my early 20’s, unsure of my future while sitting across from a mentor. He looked me square in the eye and expressed a confidence in me that I hadn’t yet tapped into myself. It changed me, and ultimately led to my career in orthodontics. I wanted to work in a field where I would have the same opportunity to instill self-assurance in my patients the way that mentor instilled a belief in me, and orthodontics is the perfect place to do that! I absolutely love my job, and I can’t believe I get to do this for a living.
Education & Family Life
Dr. Logan Smith grew up in Littleton, Colorado and completed dental school on his home turf at the University of Colorado, followed by a Master of Science and Certificate in Orthodontics from Saint Louis University. He is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Smith is committed to making a difference in our community and delivering the best patient experience possible. He understands that the benefit of orthodontics extends far beyond cosmetic improvement. As such, Dr. Smith authored a video script to educate Colorado school-based health centers about the importance of orthodontic therapy. He’s thrilled to be practicing in his home state where he can continue to root for the Nuggets, Rockies, Avalanche and Broncos!
In addition to his professional career, Dr. Smith values serving his greater community. He worked for Face-to-Face Colorado as a cleft and craniofacial volunteer, and became fluent in Russian after spending two years serving as a missionary in Novosibirsk, Russia. No doubt those 80-hour work weeks prepared him for residency!
Outside of the office, Dr. Smith treasures time with his family. After several years of marriage and 3 daughters, he is a bonafide girl dad! They love family movie nights, Chick-fil-A, tennis, and all things breakfast food (Dr. Smith is convinced he makes the best pancakes). Between loving his job and being motivated by family, there’s nothing holding this guy back. He can’t wait to meet you!
